shady characters

A long shadow is a satisfying sight. Not our usual Lakeland day as we were more tired than we realised and Ant had unexpected work to do for an hour which necessitated phone signal in Keswick. So it was a morning of mooching and an afternoon walk.

Gratefuls:

1. A hearty dinner inspite of failing to burn it off;
2. Lovely chats with the children;
3. An outrageously early night and 11 hours sleep.
