In the air tonight

Good day. There is real progress being made. We had our monthly senior briefing, and then I had a chat to the staff. They are beginning to speak more freely, which means I get the moans, but also find out what is really bugging them, which is useful. You can address the issues when you know what they are. Although to be fair, those brought up today, I can't really address. Not now anyway.
