Day 5

It’s day 5 and I finally managed to get out and support Fred on his charity ride.
We rode from home and up to the castle.
Fred then did 3 laps of the estate and I did two and half, about five miles for me.

Considering 20 years ago I could ride 90 miles in a day with four heavy panniers up some serious hills in 38 degree heat it shows how much I’ve let myself go.
