Not the most comfy-looking mode of transport...

We forced ourselves not to spend our holiday money (certainly not US$16,000!) on this handsome beast on sale at Dubai airport in the early hours of this morning, however engaging you may (or may) not think he looks. What's more, riding him from Dubai to Beijing would have taken rather a long time and might have been just a tad uncomfortable - the Airbus A380 was more appealing!

Anyway we're now safely at our hotel in Beijing, looking forward to starting our sightseeing tomorrow. (And hopefully the quality of my blips will also improve then!)
