Flowers by the bike trail

We went cycling this afternoon, starting from Corwin- 14 miles return for me. It was fairly quiet on this section of the bike trail today, despite the lovely weather. Lots of yellow flowers bordering the edges of the fields made for a pleasant ride. We were able to combine it with selling another thing from our list - quite a large Playmobil dollshouse, we had bought for Laura when we were in France our first time round, and it’s been sitting in our basement for many years. We had advertised it on Craig’s List, and had several ladies interested, but they all lived a fair distance away. This particular lady said she worked up in Xenia, and had asked if we could meet her somewhere in between. Roger came up with the idea of combining it with a bike ride, and so we met by the bike trail in Corwin, where there is a large car park. Strange place to conduct business, but it worked! Watching some more US Open Tennis in the evening - disappointing to see Federer go out.
