Stroud......

Last night I decided I was going to go to Stroud today - then I changed my mind and decided on the nature reserve in Tewkesbury.   By the time I got into town this morning I realised that the Stroud bus was about to leave so jumped on :)

I knew the walk from the viaduct back along the River Frome would be starting to get muddy so wanted to get there before it became impassable.   Ok, not impassable but I get no enjoyment of sliding about on very slippery paths so thought I'd get one more visit in before the spring.

The bug count is way down now - I spotted a couple of shield bugs, a few wasps, flies but not in the lovely numbers of warm summer days.
