Easy

Yes an easy day today with nothing much achieved other than make up for yesterday and prepare for tomorrow when Zak is here again. He's finished at nursery and starts pre school very soon. School uniform and all.

Shoulder Day 22

2000 units if F8 injected one miss one hit. Otherwise no problems. No pain at all today.
I had an appointment come thru for ultra sound and injection in shoulder. Rang and informed centre. If not giving problems then they'd like the ultrasound done but not necessarily the injection. - wait and see.
