Learner Squirrel

This little fellow was rushing around in two trees, grabbing nuts, trying to break them open, dropping them. He is a youngster, no tufts on his ears yet but so lovely to see as these Alpine squirrels are really skittish. They become darker with age until they are black in colour.

Thanks for all the lovely comments etc. on yesterday's Eidelweiss flower. I don't know where today has gone, but just had my first yoga classes of the season, I am always so happy to see everyone.
