A day mostly spent in and around Dumfries.
Visited the Old Bridge House, the oldest house in Dumfries. Then the Robert Burns museum which was wonderful. Then off to Dumfries Museum which I thought was superb. Then the highlight for me was The Camera Obscura, what a fantastic and fascinating piece of engineering and design.

Decided on a pizza delivery from Dominoes as to tired to do much else. All this fresh air is very tiring.

Off to Edinburgh tomorrow to meet up with my cousin Sheila and her partner Harry. They are going to be our tour guides for the day.

I will endeavour to catch up on journals over the next couple of days.
