Peebles

A very nice visit to Peebles which involved a bit of indoor photography. My son wanted some interior pictures of his flat. He made me a deliciously creamy coffee and very tasty salad whilst I played about with the camera lens.
Back home Donald and I sat with diaries and finally decided on the day of our 'Great Adventure'. Yes, a day trip back and forth to Inverness on The Bus. No petrol money being spent by us to visit the Aunty and no accommodation fees. I've tried to make it sound exciting to him. We can take Travel Scrabble, we can read, we'll take a flask and snacks. Whoooo Hooo, I don't really think I sold it but he'll give it a go because I've nagged so much.
