Interesting leaves.

These leaves are from the wildflower seeds that we bought in the early Spring from The Range.
Sad to report, there were no actual flowers that appeared.
The leaves appeared and some prospered and grew tall.
I think it is partly due to the changing weather conditions.
The disappointment is huge but I have learnt you can not always take life for granted and the joy of growing seeds is massive. I will not blame the seed box mix, because therein lay the potential wildflowers.
I love Calendulas and grew a few from dry seeds this year. They have provided vibrant orange flowers, that if washed, are possible to eat.
