Perfect day.

Last day in Lyme Regis today and a beautiful blue sky to wake up to. A lazy breakfast and no rush to leave the BnB because the lovely owner said "leave whenever you are ready," 

With the car packed and ready to go we walked into town for lunch and ate gorgeous food in a very friendly café, 'The Good Food Café' which it certainly was. Full of local and home made goodies and very generous chunks of Dorset Apple Cake.

We then watched a 5 piece male choir singing on the seafront, paddled in the sea, ate ice cream before dancing in the sun at the ceilidh.

The main performance of the weekend, Sam Sweeney and the Unfinished Violin, was absolutely superb and such an amazing performance. We were very lucky to be the audience of the last ever performance.

Then a walk back to the car under the stars and a badger ran across the path infront of us.

What a brilliant weekend.
