Hotel gym

This is the Fitness Centre at the Orleans Hotel. Taken shortly before closing time. There were 2 other people behind me when I took this shot. I will be spending a lot of time in here.

Staying healthy and in shape is imperative for my work. I have sampled the alternative situation getting sick in Russia,  and it was a most unpleasant experience. Managed over 19,000 steps today.
