What you want

Went out during lunch to take a shot near the station that I've been meaning to get for a while but just hadn't gotten around to. However, when I got there, I saw this crow pecking at a frozen puddle, trying to get at something.

Looking for a new job these days, I kind of understand what the crow is going through. You know what you want is there, maybe you can even see it, but getting it is the problem.
