Autumn! Is it really autumn?

The day started sharing breakfast with our visitors. We have talked about taking a trip together and I think it could work because we keep similar hours - no early risers here!
Once they left we started seriously packing and preparing for our departure tomorrow, when we drive down to Arlanda Airport and stay overnight before flying out to Italy the next morning.
One of the jobs on our list was picking the berries. There are blackcurrants, blackberries, and red currants all ripe and ready for the freezer. Unfortunately we just don't have time to get them all harvested but I managed to get a couple of litres into the freezer today, before the rain arrived. They joined the other few litres I've frozen over the last week.  Once we're gone we'll hope for cold weather so they are still there when we get back!
The leaves are really beginning to change colour now, both on the trees and the berry bushes.
