Butterfly visit

It was quite rare to see a butterfly (speckled wood) in our backyard as we have no flower bed there except for these bamboo-like leaves. This morning we welcomed this butterfly with great pleasure for the uncommon blip photo.

We also entertained some friends in the evening with great food and fun before starting our new semester. One is at her last stage of PhD work as she’s going to submit her thesis this month end. Good luck!
