Sunday Lift Off

Over Labor Day weekend our city hosts a hot air balloon festival. Sometimes the weather does not cooperate, sending high winds or rain, and the balloons remain grounded. But this weekend we have glorious weather, and even the very biggest balloons are launching.
I am crowd averse, so I do not go to the actual launch site, but am happy to see what I can see from my back yard. Here is a sample of this morning's sightings.
