I’ve no idea how I managed my 45 minutes tube ride to work this morning.
So. Very. Unwell.

I almost got off at Covent Garden to seek medical assistance.
Anyhow, I made it in and managed half a shift before I had to give in.
I think I’ve managed to trigger both my cluster headache and my pancreatitis. I’ve never managed both at the same time before.
