Time Travel

Day at Stavanger but weather overcast and drizzling so no real good photos and so thought I’d let you all know that Bear has had a great time and particularly enjoyed getting chocolates every night at bedtime! In other news... I fell of a stationary running machine in the gym and worried that I won’t be back running in time for my first sprint triathlon in four weeks. My right ankle is rather large and bruised!
