Dilemma

If someone offered you studio space (fully equipped with lighting and backdrops plus electricity) at a ridiculously low monthly price, what would you say?

I like being outside. I enjoy natural light. I love macro and food photography. I'm no expert at portraits, but have probably got quite a market for it amongst my friends if I think about it. Plus, I'm busy with my design work at the moment, and worried about adding too much to my already precarious work/family combination.

It needs careful thought. Can I afford the outlay and the commitment?
