Oops!

Rain! It's been much cooler overnight and the gentle rain that has fallen will help to soften up the ground to do some more gardening.

We drove down to Pukekohe today to have a coffee with B & R who were heading from from the city to the Coromandel.

I haven't seen B for a while and it was lovley to see her today. I haven't seen R in well over 20 years but it was nice to chat and fill in a little of the intervening detail. Strange though how the day disappeared so quickly.

Took a late evening walk to stretch the legs - there was just enough light to capture this!
