Queensferry crossing ....

A day of new experiences .
A family road trip to drop Junior off at his Uni halls at Aberdeen. Haven’t been to Aberdeen for about 20 years and this was the first time to use the new bridge over the Forth since it opened. It is quite impressive, especially when you look east at the old road and rail bridges. I still think the rail bridge was built to out last them all.
On the bright side , it rained all the way up so I didn’t feel guilty about missing a harvest day ! And there is still an awful lot of harvest to cut between Perth and Aberdeen , so we are not the only ones still to get going.
A 304 mile round trip , saw a bit of the country , Junior off to start uni life and back to a dry evening. So not a bad day all in all.
