Orange and green (Day 1578)

The weather today has been vile. I got drenched on the morning woofer wander, returning home for a little while to dry out before a trip to town to sort out a leaky loo. 
Back at home I drank coffee and hoped for an improvement in the weather. The rain continued and the dogs and I had a wet wander at Lyde. 
I had dried out by the time that  my beautiful wife returned from her 24 hour shift at work, and we zoomed across to Stromness to check on the horses. 
Home to dry out again and to have dinner before HV headed off to work again. 
Fresh flowers provided the only bit of colour on a very grey day.
