Through the Pines

It didn't seem as though it was going to be much of a day. This morning it was quite overcast and then it rained. Once that passed through, the sky brightened and it looked lovely. I was heading for a view I thought might be good but the road was blocked by a fire engine that was dealing with a small fire on the heath. The fire was out otherwise I might have blipped that if it was safe.

I doubled back and came round to the pines at Little Haldon where I decided to stop. As you can see, it's beautifully clear looking out to sea with lovely skies.
