Not my favourite

I have been having 3 weeks of guy food whilst S is away (only 1 more week to go) and no bachelor menu is complete without bangers and mash. I simmered the sausages, onions and mushrooms in a pan till done then added a box of Italian chopped tomatoes with olives in and simmered till warmed through. I made my speacial mash by adding garlic powder butter and grated cheese whilst I mashed the tats. Unforetunately the susages drew lots of fat and made the tomatoe gravy runny, but still tasty.

Very tasty, although I'm not a fan of bangers and I never ate mash before S came along.
