Damson Jelly...

Margaret has been busy... a glut of damsons at Michael and Chris' farm have helped turn our kitchen into a jelly factory for the last few days...

I thought I'd have a go at at photographing the end product... photographing the process would have meant trying to capture a decidedly chaotic scene. Better perhaps to go for something more serene.
