Really? Must we?

The weather is awful. Really wet and unpleasant. I hope it's going to improve for all the people taking to the streets this afternoon. I am grateful to them all. I'm waiting for a date for the Stirling march.

We took a brief plod round the river despite the dogs' reluctance. Cameraman set off for Ashford via LNER on the 07:30 train from Stirling this morning. A long day for him and a good few connections to make.

I have visitors this morning and again at lunchtime. My baby grandson and his parents are coming to take me out for lunch. Very much looking forward to that.
