Rescued

this daffodil this morning after it had been blown down overnight,  the stem broken just below the flower. I put it on my kitchen windowsill to enjoy even for a short time.  The formation of the petals is really quite lovely, so I decided it should have its moment in the spotlight as my blip for today.
