Shrimp with Corn Risotto

Spicy cilantro and garlic shrimp on a bed of sweet corn risotto, and radish green salad with radish slices. Wine: Andrew Murray Stolpman Vineyard Ballard Canyon Syrah 2016.

This was fantastic across the board. And what do you mean red wine and shrimp don’t go together? I could drink this Syrah with anything.
