Whimsy

... or just another fork in the road.

Its the long weekend, we're still at Anne and Jon's and weren't going anywhere over the next few days anyway, although our original plan had been to leave Tuesday for the drive back to Florida. We'll stay hunkered down in Chicago until we know how our home fares and what the track of the hurricane will be once it leaves. I never pray that a storm misses us, that would mean someone else is getting hit. I do, however, keep friends, family, neighbors, and all those in harm's way in my heart where God knows I keep my prayers ....
