walking boots (Arteegeedee note they’re out of box) which will get their first outing tomorrow. Now Luce has been set free I decided that my old faithful Musto boots are to be retired. They must be some 12+ years old and are no longer waterproof and are starting to fall apart.
Power was restored this morning around 2.00am as I woke up and noticed that the street light was back on. Surprising I had a call from Western Power this morning apologising for the power cut but I said not to worry as it really wasn’t their fault and please pass on my thanks to the stoic chaps who worked till well gone midnight to carry out the repairs. He appreciated my comments and said he would pass them on.
