I am back

Finally made it back to the gym............ after close on a week, of no gym.

HAPPINESS IS !

This shot was taken in the car park, after SPLASH.

And as an added bonus, the gym scale proclaimed, me to be thinner. 

No idea how this happened, moved less and ate more, during my Springs "holiday".  Decided to blip the moment, since I am pretty sure, it will be a one off, wonder i.e. next time, we'll be back in the 59 / 60 kg range.
