Flower in pink

Today was always going to be occupied by cake baking so after a morning of gym activities I started on making two large chocolate cakes.  Thats all done now and and I have managed to move them around without any collapses, so far.  A bit of practicing shapes with chocolate and ideas on cake decoration forming, but that is for tomorrow.  

So I thought I would try a bit of messing with the computer for abstract Thursday.  Problem was I had forgotten how to mask out different parts of layers and am feeling too tired now to try and work it out.  Its so annoying that I did manage to do this easily but have now forgotten.  Anyway here is an oil painting effect of a small flower in our garden.
