Shafted

The grandfather clock had been going a bit haywire so I decided to take it apart and clean it and ‘bend it straight’ in places.
I knew I was pushing my luck when I tried to make perpendicular the steel shaft that supports the hands. I felt the easing that comes with going beyond the malleable limit. Silver soldier ordered so I can fill the fracture and hopefully save it.
