Tired

By and large I don't have too many unpleasant side-effects from my kidney failure except for tiredness which seems to be getting more prevalent as the months pass by.   I do get periodic bouts of cronic leg cramp at night which comes and goes and is very painful.  Last night was one of those nights and I didn't get a lot of sleep.  Called off the morning row and missed my evening Spanish class, resting up for much of the day. 

Did pop down to the beach with P.   Windy and has an 'end of term' feel to it.   Gannets are still around but less bird life off the shore.
