BUTTERFLY

On our cycling to the sea we pass a small field full of purple flowers.
And today on our way back we paused there and I saw several butterflies resting on them. A comma for instance and this beauty in my photo. I have no guide book here and cannot tell the name of the butterfly.
There had blown a fierce wind and the waves had been higher, a joy to let them roll you over.
Mischa and Dolf have departed for a long weekend in Portugal. They flew this morning to Faro, and attend a capoeira festival in Evora.
I willattend these days their cat Kizu, and I have given him food already. He is shy, and today even more so, but he accepted a treat out of my hand.
