Custard Tarts

First attempt at Portuguese style custard tarts. They are cooling just now so not sure what they will taste like.

In other news we have a new hot water tank. Fitting it was the easy bit. Getting the heating back on was a little trickier. I need to keep the system running for a couple of days to clear out the air. I shall be showering shortly.
