Catch up

My Niece R, and Great niece Emmy came over for the day. We went into Saltaire for lunch, where we all had a very good lunch and catch up. Mr H took this, and I realised that I still have a lot more weight to lose.

Lovely to see them both and the Higher Ground cafe was as good as
ever.
