My next project with the grandchildren (twins)

The twins are 9 years old, both very creative although in different ways. Their latest project in which I'm to be involved is thus: Having found a Swan feather they wish to research how to make a quill pen and then to write something with it. The end product is still under discussion and doubtless I will be told soon and also what my role in the project is to be!!!
