First Day

As a teacher, I always loved the first day of school. There was so much anticipation and the kids always looked so cute in their new clothes. The last day was my least favorite. I always hated giving the kids up after a year spent getting to know and understand each one of them.
Jake was excited to begin the school year today, and my only hope is he continues his love of learning.
Grateful today for....new beginnings.
