what an ace day - we met early and got to murrayfield for a drink before scotland won the rugby 17-14 against france - it was so exciting...and roasting! we all cried at flower of scotland (even UT). then we went for a few drinks with tony and his son harry in st. andrews square before heading down to leith harbour for john’s birthday tea at the granary. nice to see uncle drew too. this was us all before the oldies headed home and we went for cocktails at barologist, a lovely steampunk-style bar where the bottom fell out of my mojito and eve enjoyed her first daiquiri.
