Cruising

We had a trip up to the NE to see the 4 parents. My mum had been 84 during the week so we took her out for lunch for her birthday which she'd forgotten she's had!

On the way we had called in the beach to give Reggie a good run and had spotted there was a large cruise ship in the Tyne, so on the way to the pub for lunch we drove down to the Custom House to get a better view of it, built in Finland and holding just short of 3,000 passengers it looked massive. You can see the DFDS ferry in the photo as reference  and you can see how big that is on this blip.

An afternoon with Mr H's parents and then a drive home again, so very pleased to get to the Malt for a pint or two this evening!
