The Windy City

Is mighty pretty! Today I didn't do anything that I had set out to do! Instead had a coffee with my mum! Watched Calamity Jane on TV, went to the gym and then had dinner with a friend. Productive day but not the ironing, prep work I had hoped to do today! Sunday will have to do now!

I did keep to my new years promise to myself of being more mindful! GOD will be happy to know! Health kick still going on strong! Today being my 'big' calorie meal day! Doubt I'll be able to walk in the morning!
