friday night

one day back at work and I was shattered! I had a very lovely chilled evening with Zoe back in Wivenhoe having vegetarian fish and chips and a couple of glasses of wine with some good catchup chats. This is the village church still adorned in Christmas lights, it's odd that I hadn't yet had a festive drink in my old local!

My Dad had a bout of sickness yesterday but was checked out at the hospital and they didn't find anything wrong so may have been a side effect of the chemo, my fear was that it could have been radiation sickness following his nuclear scans on wednesday but this doesn't seem to be the case. Very grateful to Katy M for driving me home after work so I could call in to see mum and dad.
