Abandoned school

More and more you see abandoned buildings, schools, churches, shops, houses and factories in the streetscape. What is that nowadays?
That factories, stores go bankrupt okay. That the faith is diminishing and maybe no longer of this time and churches are deflating and pampering okay, but schools ??? The youth should still learn, you would say, but these too are probably affected by fate. Probably due to declining youth, centralization, moving away from a region.
Vacancy, impoverishment, decay leads to abandoned places that are occupied by scum and tramps.
