Rest in peace

All the clan got together in Falkirk for Alison's farewell.

All three Cunningham boys came, as well as their lovely mum. 

I sat next to James in the back of the funeral car. I felt privileged to be part of such a wonderful extended family.

The church was so full of people we were late to the crematorium. 

After the reception of tea and cake we went back to my uncle's house to share anecdotes, celebrate a life and laugh at some family stories.

A long and emotional day. A good one.
