It's too hot again.  

And when it's too hot, my bus company knows it needs to help by cancelling buses without telling you.  

At the bus-stops with the electronic display boards, they run a message saying "Because of a systems problem, it can happen that some buses won't run".

But they forget to mention that they don't know which buses.  That's a heck of a problem with your "system".  I would suggest that, as a bus company, that might be one of those problems you might want to fix As Soon As Possible.  But then I remember this is ESWE and I think their systems are probably a toddler with an iPad shouting "Bus go there!!!!" and pressing a random bit of a map, and because he is the son of the boss man, the bus has to drive into the Rhein.

That would explain a lot.
