This is our reservoir walk.

I was woken this morning to heavy rain and thought that today’s walk would be a wet one. But no; by the time I’d had breakfast the sun had broken through. My purpose today was to grab a couple of caches then recce a walk I will be leading for U3A at the end of September.
The planned walk was through some lanes I had never been down before and then to join onto the second half of the reservoir walk. And it was really great; quite a long wooded path that I had no idea existed. I’m looking forward to leading this walk so hope people are free on a Monday morning to join it. But before that I have a holiday in Cardiff and our autumn Walking Festival so a busy month coming up for me...
