Just one more

I thought that I would put one more shot of my friend working out.

Today has been a strange day.

I went to the docs for a steroid injection in my subacromial joint to hopefully relieve the pain that I've been having.

He also has agreed to keep me on the same medication as before.

The only bad thing that came out of it, is that he is leaving. I was so upset because he is such an easy person to talk to and really helpful.
I am pleased for him and his family but I am gutted for mine :-(

Good thing that happened today -
Bought some bargains in Dunelm and Boots.
