Mission Accomplished

For a while now I've been wanting to take a run up to Goit Stock, have a swim then run home again. Finally today I got round to doing it, and completed a 12 mile run as my last long run before the GNR in 13 days!

Thankfully the sun didn't break through till we were nearly home so it wasn't too warm, although the swim was most welcome.

Back home and a bit of a much overdue garden tidy up, packing for camping, then I actually put my feet up in the sunshine and read.

The rest of the family came home this afternoon having had a great mini break in Whitby. Clothes unpacked, washed and re-packed ready for our last adventure of the summer.
